Can PM be taken during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?

Yes, PM is safe to take while breastfeeding and during pregnancy. During pregnancy we recommend also taking a dedicated prenatal multivitamin that’s specifically formulated for pregnant women.

How do I store PM?

Store PM anywhere cool and dry—like a bench top, shelf or cupboard. It does not need refrigeration. Ensure the lid is tightly sealed to keep moisture out and maintain freshness.

Recommended daily dose:

Adults and children aged 11+: Take 3 grams [one level teaspoon or use two level PM gold measuring spoons] once daily. Mix it into 250mL water, cold/warm drink or food.

Children aged 1 to 10 years: Take 1.5 grams [half teaspoon or use one level PM gold measuring spoon] once daily. Mix it into 200mL water, cold/warm drink or food.
