Shipping & Taxes
Skin Friend is an Australian company and we ship from the Gold Coast in Queensland (Brisbane, Australia time: AEST).
Please search your country to see important shipping information. Our website uses Australia Dollars (AUD), but you have the option to choose your country's currency so you can see relevant pricing.
As of the 1st of March 2022, we have chosen to ship all international orders via Australia Post. We no longer use DHL Express so please note our shipping times will be a little slower if you choose standard shipping instead of Express Post.
You have the option to pay in US dollars. Please use the drop down menu to switch currency.
Canada and United Kingdom (customs tax)
If you are ordering supplements or skin care you will probably incur customs tax when the package arrives in your country. If asked to, please pay these taxes to your local post provider to receive your items. Note: books do not incur taxes.
If you are ordering from us within Australia, head to our Aussie website skinfriend.com.au to make your orders (enter site here). Standard Australia Post Shipping to Australia via our international site is $8, or free for orders over $150. Express post is $12.
International orders (all other countries)
Standard International shipping is AU$15.
International Express Post is AU $21, which is heavily discounted so we encourage people to choose this option for faster delivery (as regular post can be slow).
When will your order arrive?
We post our products on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays.
If you live overseas and choose our Standard International Shipping, your package should arrive within 7-24 days of posting. If you choose International Express Post, your package should arrive within 14 days but it may occasionally take longer due to the pandemic.
If you live in Australia you should receive your items within 7-10 days but it may take longer depending on the time of year (for example, at Christmas it may take longer).
Tracking your item:
When your order is processed, we send you a tracking number and an Australia Post link so you can track your order. Once an order leaves Australia, you will need to go to your own country's official post/mail site and track your order there, using the tracking number supplied by us. For example, US orders will need to go to the USPS tracking website, UK orders to Royal Mail tracking and so on. Email us via email@example.com if you have trouble tracking your parcel as our friendly staff can help (please supply your order number).
While your package is in Australia, you can track your parcel via the Australia Post website here.
UK, Canada and some European countries Customs Taxes
Royal, Canada Mail and some European Countries frequently charge VAT and Customs charges (taxes) to customers who purchase vitamin supplements and other skin care products.
To collect your order you may need to pay these charges to Royal Mail, Canada Mail or any other European postal service. Not everyone is charged these taxes, but it does frequently occur.

Alternatively, call +61 7 5650 1107 during office hours (Brisbane - Eastern Australia Standard Time). The best times to call are between 9am and 5pm on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday. Staff work remotely on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Note: if calling us from abroad, you will need to add your country's exit code before the number.
