Directions
Begin on a half dose of AM for the first week then increase to the full dose. Take with or after food, not on an empty stomach. Use the 1 gram scoop. Mix the powder with 200mL (7 fl oz) of water, juice or a smoothie or sprinkle it onto your cereal.
Recommended daily dose:
Adults and teens
Take 3 grams (3 scoops) once daily. This is a 50-day supply.
Children aged 5 to 12 years
Take 2 grams (2 scoops) once daily. This is a 2.5-month supply.
