WHAT IS IT?

HOW TO USE IT
Begin on a half dose of AM for the first week then increase to the full dose. Take with or after food, not on an empty stomach. Use the 1 gram scoop. Mix the powder with 200mL (7 fl oz) of water, juice or a smoothie or sprinkle it onto your breakfast.
Store below 25℃ / 77℉ and refrigerate product after opening (not essential, but refrigeration helps to preserve colour). As this product naturally stays fresh, it can be taken travelling without refrigeration.

Can the AM supplement be taken during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?
Yes, AM is safe to take while breastfeeding and during pregnancy. During pregnancy, we recommend switching to a prenatal multivitamin that’s specifically formulated for pregnant women.
While breastfeeding, you can take the regular adult dose—just follow the directions on the AM label.
