Can the AM supplement be taken during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?

How to use
Begin on a half dose of AM for the first week then increase to the full dose. Take with or after food, not on an empty stomach. Use the 1 gram scoop. Mix the powder with 200mL (7 fl oz) of water, juice or a smoothie or sprinkle it onto your cereal.
Store below 25℃ / 77℉ and refrigerate product after opening (not essential, but refrigeration helps to preserve colour). As this product naturally stays fresh, it can be taken travelling without refrigeration.
