Our story began twenty-four years ago when our baby girl, Ayva Lily, developed eczema. It turned my world upside down. You know when medical treatments and natural remedies fail to work for long? You feel let down and become sceptical.
That was me.
My daughter wasn't the only one with skin problems ("after" photos shown below).
Before I was a nutritionist, I was on the hunt for topical products that could soothe my crazy dry, sore skin. With my flaky skin, prone to rashes, breakouts and rosacea, I designed my own skin creams out of necessity.
And using what I learnt in nutritional biochemistry class, I created supplements and a food-based program that finally restored our family's skin.
