I'm your morning multi-vitamin and mineral supplement created to maintain and support skin health, for children and adults.
- I contain Zinc which supports wound healing and skin regeneration.
- I contain Vitamin C, Riboflavin, Nicotinamide, Biotin and Zinc to support skin health.
- I contain Riboflavin and Biotin to support healthy growth of hair and nails.
Being a fine powder dietary supplement, I am super easy to consume—no need to swallow a bulky pill that contains tabletting additives—simply measure me with my handy scoop, and mix me into water (or a delicious smoothie) and drink me when having breakfast or a snack.
I don't contain any GMOs, sweeteners, colourings, flavourings, preservatives or animal ingredients (I'm vegan).
Q: How many serves does each 150g tub contain?
- I contain a generous 5 month supply for a child aged 1-3 (taking 1 gram daily)
- I contain a 75 day (2.5 month) supply for a child aged 4-12 (taking 2 grams daily)
- and a 50 day supply for an adult or teen (taking 3 grams daily)
Q: How is this product made?
Our products manufactured within Australia to strict standards. We use an FDA registered manufacturer and our supplements are TGA registered (we have an AUST L number on the front of our supplements).
Contraindications
Take AM more than two hours away from medications. If you have heart disease or cancer then speak with your health practitioner about supplements (to check if this product is right for you).

Ingredients
AM Activated Multi now contains even more goodness for healthy skin, including:
- Activated* B vitamins including methylated forms of B2, B6, B12 (Mecobalamin), and a small amount of folate (Levomefolic acid)
- Selenium, an antioxidant that supports immune system health
- a small amount of Iron
- Taurine (which was originally in Skin Friend AM in 2013)
*B vitamins need to be converted by the body into an active form that your body can use. However, as people age (or due to genetic issues such as MTHFR deficiency), this conversion may not occur adequately. Activated B vitamins are already in their active form so your body can easily use them.
The teen and adult dose is 3 grams. The child dose is 1-2 grams (refer to the packaging for the exact dose for your age).
