- I contain Riboflavin and Biotin which support healthy growth of hair and nails.

I'm your night blend of calcium, magnesium, glycine and silica. I contain a 1:1 ratio of calcium and magnesium.
- I contain magnesium which supports body electrolyte balance and nervous system health.
- I contain silicon which supports hair and nail health.
- I contain calcium which helps to support bone health in children and adults.
- I contain magnesium which supports heart health.
- I contain calcium which helps to support healthy digestive system function.
Other ingredients (to assist with calcium and magnesium absorption): citric acid and citric acid dihydrate (it's a part of Magnesium glycinate). Please note the ingredients have not changed in the new Skin Friend PM formula, only the ratios of calcium and magnesium have changed.
